🎯 Requirements

- Proven SDLC improvements: reduced defects, deployment safety, reliability
- Experience in high-growth fintech/trading/payments or high-stakes contexts
- Distributed systems, event-driven, low-latency, cloud-native (GCP)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering; strong executive communication
