🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in engineering leadership roles (Director or VP level)
- Experience building and leading engineering teams including hiring, developing, and retaining talent
- Deep technical expertise across the full stack, with hands-on experience in modern cloud architectures (Ruby on Rails, React native, TypeScript, React, NextJS, nodeJS, Salesforce/Apex)
- Proven track record of delivering complex software products in a high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of healthcare data security and compliance including HIPAA compliance and SOC 2 certification
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards and integration patterns (HL7, FHIR, EDI, etc.)
