🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in SaaS or service-based technology sales targeting employer-sponsored benefits markets.
  • Proven success selling to HR leaders, CFOs, and brokers/advisors.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare benefits and self-funded employer dynamics.
  • Strong consultative sales skills to tailor solutions for customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed multi-million-dollar quotas and close complex deals.
  • Experience building and scaling sales/biz-dev teams in an early-stage environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
  • CRM platforms proficiency; advanced PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams.
