  • Strategic talent management: Global talent assessment, succession, performance architecture.
  • Executive advisory: Advisor to senior leaders on org design and leadership efficacy.
  • Data-driven culture: Translate engagement and turnover data into executive insights.
  • Operational excellence: Oversight of 8-9 team, PM, ER, and high-impact engagement.
  • Change management: Lead org through transitions, integrations, scaling.
