📋 Description

  • Lead global strategy and commercial performance for Destination & Specialty partners.
  • Own revenue, overrides, marketing funds, and growth targets across the portfolio.
  • Build and manage a high-performing, cross-functional team across the vertical.
  • Strengthen strategic supplier relationships and expand Ensemble's global footprint.

  • Represent Ensemble at global industry events and elevate market positioning.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years in travel, procurement, partner relations, or commercial leadership.
  • 7+ years in senior leadership roles managing teams and complex portfolios.
  • Deep understanding of tour operators, DMCs, insurance, air, ground partnerships.
  • Proven track record negotiating high-value commercial agreements.
  • Strong financial acumen with revenue targets and profitability.
