Lead and grow a team of Product Designers across CoLab’s product development teams
Define design vision aligned with long-term product and go-to-market strategy
Build scalable design standards and systems enabling speed without sacrificing quality
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on roadmap planning and execution
Translate product vision into world-class, shippable designs grounded in user needs
Stay hands-on when needed; review work in Figma and unblock execution

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in Product Design with 5+ years in senior leadership and operational rigor
Design-first leader who cares about design more than almost anyone in the room
Proven experience designing for B2B SaaS and/or complex technical products
Track record building, scaling, and inspiring high-performing Product Design teams
Strong product thinking; understands how design affects adoption and retention
Hands-on by nature; still design, and use Figma when the work demands it
