• Own Roku's global litigation portfolio end-to-end (IP, commercial, regulatory, class actions)
\n
• Define and drive litigation strategy based on business impact
\n
• Build a repeatable litigation OS: intake, early case assessment, playbooks, post-mortems
\n
• Establish frameworks for decision-making, prioritization, and risk management
\n
• Oversee Roku's IP portfolio: patent strategy and prosecution oversight
\n
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Ads, and Finance to reduce risk
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 15+ years leading complex litigation
\n
• Deep IP expertise: patent strategy, prosecution oversight
\n
• Experience managing broad litigation portfolios beyond IP
\n
• In-house leadership experience (top-tier law firm background a plus)
\n
• Translate legal risk into business decisions; advise senior executives
\n
• Experience managing outside counsel budgets and staffing at scale
\n
