📋 Description

• Own Roku’s global litigation portfolio end‑to‑end, incl. IP disputes and regulatory matters
• Define and drive litigation strategy, incl. when to litigate, settle, or escalate
• Build a repeatable litigation operating system (intake, early case assessment, playbooks)
• Oversee Roku’s IP portfolio, including patent strategy and prosecution oversight
• Guide defensive and offensive IP strategy with internal teams and external counsel
• Lead cross‑functional partnerships to reduce legal risk and inform decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years leading complex litigation matters
• In‑house leadership with outside counsel and budget management
• Deep patent/IP strategy, prosecution oversight, and licensing dynamics
• Translate legal risk into business decisions; strategic orientation
• Operational leadership with scalable systems and teams
• Excellent communication and judgment; stakeholder advisory
