• Own the long-term data strategy and end-to-end architecture.
• Build and scale the canonical data engine for a B2B2C marketplace.
• Enable faster decisions with real-time and historical data pipelines.
• Lead a high-performing data engineering organization.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Exec Leadership.
• Champion ML/AI initiatives and AI agent models.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data engineering or data platform leadership (VP scope).
• Proven ownership of data systems tied to revenue, billing, or financial outcomes.
• Deep expertise in batch+streaming architectures, warehouses, and modeling.
• Strong data quality, lineage, observability, and governance.
• Experience stewarding data lifecycles with ML models, including supervised & LLM.
• Experience in affiliate marketing, marketplaces, fintech, or revenue-rich environments.
