📋 Description

• Own end-to-end data science and product analytics strategy.
• Build and lead a global data science, ML, and analytics team.
• Partner with Product, Growth, Marketing, and Eng to inform roadmaps via experiments.
• Leverage Snowflake, dbt, Atlan, Hex for analytics at scale.
• Lead product analytics: instrumentation, metrics, and interpretation.
• Design and productionize predictive and prescriptive ML models.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in data science/analytics/ML with 5+ years in senior SaaS leadership.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, R; ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proven leadership in product analytics: instrumentation, event taxonomies, metrics.
• Deep knowledge of A/B testing, causal inference, scalable experiments (50+ teams).
• Experience operationalizing models with feature stores, registries, retraining pipelines.
• Strategic communicator; translate data into business impact; IPO readiness a plus.
