📋 Description

  • Define and map the customer journey; align cross-functional processes to maximize value.
  • Oversee post-sales operations design; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Ops, Alliances, and PS.
  • Lead CS partnerships with corporate teams and sales operations.
  • Lead operations for global renewals; forecast renewals and board reporting.
  • Develop CS field effectiveness for retention and expansion.
  • Ideally have scaled a hypergrowth business.

🎯 Requirements

  • 15+ years in Customer Success operations in fast-growing sales orgs
  • Experience with enterprise tech; SaaS preferred
  • Led cross-functional initiatives in large orgs (1000+ employees)
  • Proven skills in post-sales forecasting, health, and reporting
  • Strong influencing skills in a matrix organization
  • Experience using Anaplan and Salesforce preferred
