VP, Corporate Controller

📋 Description

• Lead global accounting operations and consolidate statements under US GAAP.
• Own monthly close process for speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Oversee inventory accounting, COGS, standard costing, reserves with Operations.
• Lead technical accounting assessments and memos for complex transactions.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
• Manage audits, lender reporting, cash operations, and cash forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 15+ years accounting experience, including Director level+.
• CPA required; Big 4 experience preferred.
• Deep US GAAP and international accounting expertise.
• NetSuite experience in multi-subsidiary/global environments; ecommerce.
• Experience with cash management and treasury operations, incl. 13-week forecast; PE-backed/startup exposure.
