  • 10+ years of client success / account mgmt experience
  • 8+ years in CS leadership
  • Experience managing teams, including people leaders
  • Strong strategic vision for customer experience, services, and support
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Data-driven decision maker; willing to experiment
  • Customer advocate; able to engage directly with customers
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Understanding of broader business initiatives and strategy
  • Willingness to travel year-round, including weekends
  • SaaS experience
  • Healthcare experience
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree (preferred)
