- 10+ years of client success / account mgmt experience
- 8+ years in CS leadership
- Experience managing teams, including people leaders
- Strong strategic vision for customer experience, services, and support
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven decision maker; willing to experiment
- Customer advocate; able to engage directly with customers
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Understanding of broader business initiatives and strategy
- Willingness to travel year-round, including weekends
- SaaS experience
- Healthcare experience
- Bachelorโs Degree (preferred)
