• Own the end-to-end cybersecurity program (strategy, architecture, operations, governance, compliance).
• Establish multi-year security roadmap aligned with business priorities and regs.
• Drive program maturity; embed security in planning, product, and operations.
• Develop a risk-based investment framework to prioritize initiatives and resources.
• Lead architectures across IAM, data protection, network, and zero-trust for platforms.
• Define AI-assisted SecOps strategy to enhance detection and response capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years cybersecurity leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Cybersecurity/Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven enterprise security program ownership with governance and cloud-native security.
• Deep expertise in cloud security, IAM/SSO/zero trust, SIEM/SOAR/EDR/XDR, and data security.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted security tools and automation.
• Strong executive communication and ability to present risk to Boards.
