Lead end-to-end AI program initiatives across the bank
Coordinate technology, risk, compliance, legal, data, and business for AI adoption
Own and govern AI program portfolio, including intake, prioritization, and reporting
Drive AI adoption through training, knowledge transfer, and events
Ensure AI programs comply with banking regulations and ethical AI standards

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required (fields: business admin, IS, data analytics, CS, risk)
Minimum 3 years in AI, ML, automation, model governance, or analytics
Minimum 1 year leading a program
Minimum 6 years overall professional experience
Familiarity with program administration, governance, risk, data management
Knowledge of banking regs on model risk, data governance, third-party risk
