Oversee the company’s accounting policy function.
Analyze and document complex transactions under US GAAP & IFRS.
Monitor new FASB standards and lead implementation efforts.
Maintain and update the company’s accounting policies and policy library.
Provide trainings on key accounting topics (debt, leases, revenue).
Liaise with RM Sotheby’s subsidiary and partner with Treasury, Tax, and other units.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; CPA active license.
10+ years accounting exp; 5+ in public accounting.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
SAP and Hyperion/HFM exp; willing to learn Donnelly.
Internal controls experience; multitask and manage projects.
Excellent communicator to senior executives; strong analytical skills.
