VP Accounting (Corporate Controller)

📋 Description

• Lead the global Accounting function, overseeing close, reporting, controls, and policy.
• Ensure IFRS reporting accuracy and high-quality audits.
• Build a scalable operating model across people, process, systems, and footprint.
• Define KPIs: close efficiency, control health, audit quality, DSO/DPO, automation impact.
• Own end-to-end accounting engine and policy framework.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level global accounting leadership in remote-first settings.
• Experience in high-growth, complex, recurring-revenue businesses.
• Strong technical accounting depth: revenue, equity, payroll, intercompany, etc.
• IFRS knowledge; US GAAP exposure a plus.
• NetSuite experience or other ERP preferred.
• Ability to partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams.
