📋 Description

• Build and lead global accounting function with policies and controls.
• Partner with CFO and PE sponsors to align financial strategy.
• Drive finance transformation to enable growth, scalability, and efficiency.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close across entities.
• Lead external audits and ensure tax, legal, and regulatory compliance globally.
• Implement internal controls with SOX readiness and IPO preparation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent.
• 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting, global SaaS/tech leadership.
• Experience in a private equity-backed environment with investor expectations.
• Proven success building finance functions for growing companies.
• Deep expertise in US GAAP, international standards, multi-entity consolidations.
• Experience managing finance operations across North America, EMEA, APAC.
