Own ASC 606 software and SaaS revenue recognition.
Oversee NetSuite ERP to support accounting, financial reporting, and workflows.
Partner with CFO, executive leadership, PE sponsors, and external stakeholders.
Establish close calendars and standards aligned with PE expectations.

🎯 Requirements

CPA required (U.S. or Canadian CPA acceptable).
12+ years in accounting and controllership within multinational environments.
Hands-on ASC 606 software and SaaS revenue recognition experience.
Proven track record in private-equity-backed, high-growth settings.
Strong external-audit, lender, and covenant reporting experience.
Experience with NetSuite and related accounting systems.
