Senior Director of Events

The Senior Director Events, on the Marketing Leadership Team, will directly report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

• Develop and lead a global events strategy and calendar for the company, spanning corporate, field, third party, and other events.
• Oversee all aspects of events – strategy, logistics, promotion and measurement – delivering an end-to-end event activation.
• Conceptualize, launch, and scale owned events, setting a standard for stakeholder engagement – customers, prospects, analysts, and other audiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Business Units on event plans and performance management.
• Build a framework for event performance measurement and deliver results that clearly drive revenue – pipeline growth and customer retention.
• Ensure all events are delivered in budget, on time, on brand, and on message. Create a best-in-class attendee experience.
• Nurture and lead a high-performance events team.

• 7+ years of experience in events, with experience in B2B SaaS a plus.
• Proven success in launching and scaling large scale events and local field events.
• Strategic thinker who can conceptualize how to deliver the company story and strategy through event experiences.
• Data driven mindset with strong project management and budgeting skills.
