Identify and manage dependencies/risks across the ART and other teams.
Ensure continuous value flow; remove bottlenecks; prep features for PI planning.
Align ART work to portfolio strategy; link features to epics.
Track progress with Jira; build dashboards for ART metrics; drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Agile delivery experience (>4 years) in ART, SAFe, or RTE.
Familiarity with SAFe; SAFe certification is a plus.
Practical Lean/Agile knowledge; apply pragmatically.
Jira proficiency; Jira Align is a bonus.
Collaborative mindset; cross-functional teamwork.
Drive for continuous improvement; adaptable to change.
