Our Applications business unit focuses on delivering a suite of advanced communication tools designed to enhance customer engagement. From cloud contact centers to feature-rich unified communications solutions, our Applications team is dedicated to providing businesses with the tools they need to streamline operations and improve customer experiences.

Why this role matters

We’re looking for an experienced marketing leader to help Vonage define, position, and promote the next wave of innovation with Network APIs.

Your key responsibilities

• Define and execute go-to-market plans for our Network API product line, collaborating closely with senior leadership across Vonage & Ericsson

• Lead development of thought leadership content and campaign materials to position Vonage at the forefront of 5G and Network API transformation

• Maintain a strong pulse on competitive activity, market shifts, and technology trends to help steer strategy

• Work closely with sales and product teams to craft value propositions, create enablement assets, and support customer acquisition

• Represent Vonage at industry events and conferences, including speaking engagements as needed

• Create and manage content for various channels including analyst briefings, white papers, presentations, and webinars

• Own positioning and messaging for Network Powered Solutions across customer segments, regions, and verticals

What you'll bring

Required:

• 10+ years in telecommunications, including experience with CSPs and enterprise communications - must have

• 6+ years of software product marketing experience (API platforms, SaaS or IaaS)

• Solid understanding of CPaaS and 5G technologies, ideally including GSMA Open Gateway or CAMARA

• Fluent in English with strong presentation and writing skills

• Hands-on experience delivering GTM campaigns and creating marketing assets for global audiences

Experience we consider a plus:

• Experience with cloud API products or real-time communications services

• Familiarity with analytics tools like Salesforce, Tableau, 6Sense, or Gong

• Prior experience supporting analyst relations and public speaking

• A technical background in computer science or engineering combined with an MBA
