- Over 3 years of IT support experience with desktop and help desk roles.
- Proficient in Airwatch Workspace One for mobile device management.
- Skilled in Google Workspace, Trend AV antivirus, and BeyondTrust PAM.
- Experienced with remote desktop tools and help desk software (ConnectWise, Jira Service Desk).
- Provisioning and re-imaging devices across Windows, Linux, MacOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android.
- VPN connectivity support and conference room AV systems.
