  • Provide onsite tech support for hardware, software, and network issues for Mexico peers.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of IT equipment.
  • Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and AV equipment.
  • Respond promptly to IT support tickets and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with IT to maintain infrastructure (servers, networks, software).
  • Perform regular maintenance such as updates, patches, and backups.

  • Over 3 years of IT support experience with desktop and help desk roles.
  • Proficient in Airwatch Workspace One for mobile device management.
  • Skilled in Google Workspace, Trend AV antivirus, and BeyondTrust PAM.
  • Experienced with remote desktop tools and help desk software (ConnectWise, Jira Service Desk).
  • Provisioning and re-imaging devices across Windows, Linux, MacOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android.
  • VPN connectivity support and conference room AV systems.
