Why this role matters:

We are looking for aDemand Generation Specialist with deep expertise in top-of-funnel (TOF) paid media programs to drive awareness, engagement, and early-stage pipeline for our business. This role will own execution, reporting, and optimization across display, social, video, and other TOF paid channels, while managing relationships with external vendors and agency partners to ensure high-quality campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize top-of-funnel paid media campaigns, including:
    • Display advertising (programmatic, retargeting, banner ads)
    • Social media paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
    • Video advertising (YouTube, connected TV)
    • Emerging TOF paid channels as appropriate
  • Manage vendor relationships and partnerships, including briefing, onboarding, campaign setup, execution, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure campaign quality and accuracy (QA) across all creative, targeting, tracking, and reporting setups.
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and cost per acquisition metrics.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards to measure TOF campaign impact on awareness, engagement, and contribution to pipeline.
  • Collaborate with campaigns, and demand gen teams to align TOF campaigns with overall account strategies and multi-touch buyer journeys.
  • Support continuous improvement by testing new channels, tactics, and creative approaches to drive top-of-funnel results.
What you’ll bring:
  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B demand generation or paid media roles, ideally in SaaS, UCaaS, or CCaaS industries.
  • Hands-on experience managingdisplay, social, video, programmatic, and other TOF paid media channels.
  • Proven ability tomanage vendor relationships, including agencies and technology partners.
  • Strong experience withcampaign execution, QA, reporting, and analytics.
  • Proficiency with Adobe (Creative/Experience Cloud), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, 6sense, Tableau, and Monday.com.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Strongproject management and organizational skills, with ability to execute multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners.
