Run AI Governance: intake, triage, reviews, and approvals across CPaaS/CCaaS/UCaaS.
Coordinate cross-functional reviews with Privacy, Legal, InfoSec, and Product.
Maintain the AI Inventory & Risk Register with ownership and risk status.
Monitor compliance for EU AI Act, NIS2, NIST RMF; produce dashboards.
Support audits and continuous improvement; streamline workflows and governance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Law, Risk, or Compliance.
Experience operating AI or technology governance in enterprise SaaS or regulated environments.
Strong understanding of CPaaS, CCaaS, UCaaS product landscapes and AI integration.
In-depth knowledge of EU AI Act and related frameworks (NIS2, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001).
Proven ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder reviews and parallel approvals.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with documentation discipline.
