🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in customer experience, VoC or market research
  • Hands-on NPS, CSAT and surveys at enterprise level
  • Homecare industry experience required
  • Proficiency with Qualtrics or Medallia and Tableau/Power BI/Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong PM skills
