  • Provide advanced Telephony support for customers and operations.

  • Actively monitor telecom networks, gateways, SBC and cloud instances.
  • Integrate PABX/UCaaS with CRM platforms.

  • IP and Voice telecommunications infrastructure knowledge.
  • 10+ years configuring/troubleshooting routers, switches, and telephony.
  • Cloud tools and environments, preferably AWS.
  • TCP/IP; SIP signaling; E1/Metro Ethernet data links.
  • VoIP/IP PBX/UCaaS deployment experience.
  • Experience with Splunk, Zabbix or SolarWinds.
