VOC Insights & Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end VOC data pipeline from survey design to insight activation.
• Lead deep-dive analysis to identify root causes of CX issues.
• Build and enhance VOC dashboards (Qualtrics and BI) for exec decisions.
• Manage VOC project operations, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Head of Customer Listening to align VOC programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Data Analysis, BI, VOC, CX, or related data roles.
• Proficient in BI tools and spreadsheets; handle large datasets.
• Experience with survey design and VOC operations.
• Proven project management of data-driven initiatives.
• Strong data analysis with Qualtrics dashboards or BI tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; present to execs.
