🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in technical support or developer support in a B2B software environment.
- Experience with 3D viewing technologies and CAD.
- Experience communicating with external vendors or technology partners.
- Ability to run and debug a local development environment.
- Excellent written communication and documentation; ability to write clear, structured analyses.
- Nice-to-have: 3D web tech (Three.js/WebGL) and HOOPS familiarity.
