• Own and evolve Gamma's visual system in the product
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to ship polished experiences
• Apply visual craft and detail across product surfaces
• Balance brand with usability at every touchpoint
• Create production-ready specs in Figma to guide engineering
• Push color, type, layout, and hierarchy in digital product

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product or visual design
• Experience in presentation and graphic design with shipped work
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Hands-on visual craft and polish in digital products
• Experience building or evolving a design system's visual layer
• Nice to have: shipping storytelling tools at scale
