Visual Manager - Toronto

📋 Description

• Oversee key visual and operational processes to keep the store customer-ready.
• Lead product presentation and merchandising; manage restock/destock changes.
• Champion visual standards on the salesfloor using business performance data.
• Plan and execute visual floor changes within budgets and timelines.
• Represent the store in meetings with General/Store Manager; collaborate with partners.
• Guide and coach the Visual team, developing talent and reinforcing brand.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Agile with ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Experience leading a team and coaching.
