🎯 Requirements

3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
Proven ability to lead and coach a team with strong communication.
Strong visual standards and merchandising; translate data into action.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to lift, push or move up to 10-15 kg safely.
Agile, customer-focused; manage multiple tasks in a changing environment.
