Visual Manager - Plaza Frontenac

📋 Description

• Lead visual strategy and product presentation in-store to align with brand.
• Champion strong visual standards using business data to guide floor sets.
• Plan and implement visual floor changes; manage restock/destock as directed.
• Own end-to-end visual direction from planning to execution within budgets.
• Collaborate with General/Store Manager and cross-functional partners to hit KPIs.
• Move throughout the store to support operations and guest experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Agile and multitasker in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic with strong time management and accountability.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
