• Oversee execution of operational and visual processes in-store.

• Partner with General/Store Manager to align on goals and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related leadership experience.
• MS Office skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand/move for a full shift.
• Agile, multitasker in a fast-paced environment.
