📋 Description

• Oversee and support execution of store visual and operational processes.
• Champion visual standards and merchandising using performance data.
• Lead strategic product presentation, restock, destock and merchandising changes.
• Own visual direction from planning to execution, budgets and timelines.
• Represent store in meetings, aligned with General Manager.
• Develop and coach Visual team to deliver brand standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail leadership experience in store operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills with coaching and collaboration.
• Budgeting, scheduling and planning experience.
• MS Office proficiency (Word/Excel/Outlook) and ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country.
