🎯 Requirements

3+ years visual experience in high-volume retail; management preferred.
Entrepreneurial with independent work ethic.
Excellent communication; builds relationships across Retail, HQ, and Warehouse.
Creative, hands-on; strong in-store customer experience.
Comfortable lifting and climbing for design work.
Variable schedule: early mornings to late nights, weekends.
