• Act as visual expert for multiple doors; lead updates to meet standards.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to plan floor changes.
• Style product displays with brand guidelines.
• Elevate visuals by evaluating needs and sales metrics.
• Invent and present new creative initiatives aligned with seasonal storytelling.
• Lead and educate retail team on product placement, color theory, and display maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years visual experience in high-volume retail; management preferred.
• Entrepreneurial with independent work ethic.
• Excellent communication; build relationships across Retail, HQ, Warehouse.
• Creative, hands-on; strong in-store experience.
• Comfortable lifting, climbing, and dusty work for design.
• Variable schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
