Manage shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, floor replenishment
Maintain product presentation and merchandising per directives with Visual Manager
Execute visual plans from planning through budgets and timelines
Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business, team and guest needs
Lead by example; inspire staff in daily operations and guest experience
Collaborate with Operations Lead on reporting, budgets, inventory and vendor relations

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in client-centric retail sales
Proven leadership and coaching abilities
Excellent interpersonal and written communication
Strong self-motivation and teamwork
Ability to work variable shifts including weekends
Open/close store to visual standards
