📋 Description

• Drive store sales and profitability through Visual Merchandising with the Visual Manager.
• Lead shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers and replenishment on the floor.
• Maintain product presentation; manage restock, destock and floor-set updates.
• Plan and execute visual direction from concept through execution within budgets and timelines.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business, team and guest needs.
• Lead by example; inspire staff and open/close store per visual standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in client-centric sales environment.
• Leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Values feedback; receptive to feedback and provides coaching to Associates.
• Job Level: Associate.
• High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic with ability to motivate team.
