2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities.
Experience coaching and developing staff; recruitment.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the store.
Comfortable using performance tools to drive business decisions.
