Partner with Visual Manager and Ops to execute store initiatives.
Manage shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment and floor sets.
Maintain product presentation and make visual changes per directives.
Plan visual floor changes, budgets, and timelines with leadership.
Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs and guest experience.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in a client-centric sales role.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Proven leadership with decisive decision making.
Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing Associates.
Strong merchandising sense and execution.
Able to work weekend/holiday shifts as needed.
