Manage operations: shipment, receiving, processing, transfers, replenishment, floor sets
Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising
Plan visual floor changes with payroll management and budgets
Lead by example; recruit, coach, and develop Associates
Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs
Open and close the store following visual standards

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in a client-centric retail or sales environment
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Proven leadership and staff development abilities
Strong business acumen; use metrics to drive results
Collaborative mindset with ability to train across teams
Availability for variable shifts including weekends
