2+ years in client-centric sales or retail ops.
Experience leading teams and coaching staff.
Visual merchandising and floor plan execution experience.
Strong communication and collaboration with store leadership.
Inventory control, replenishment, and budgeting knowledge.
Availability for flexible shifts including weekends/holidays.
