- Location: APAC region, Japan preferred
- Native/fluent Japanese and English
- Korean a strong advantage; other APAC languages a plus
- Experience in Customer Success/Account Management (B2B SaaS)
- Strong client engagement; strategic and operational mindset
- Project management; excellent communication and relationships
