  • Be a strategic partner guiding digital transformation and product adoption.

  • Location: APAC region, Japan preferred
  • Native/fluent Japanese and English
  • Korean a strong advantage; other APAC languages a plus
  • Experience in Customer Success/Account Management (B2B SaaS)
  • Strong client engagement; strategic and operational mindset
  • Project management; excellent communication and relationships
