- Own end-to-end planning and execution of webinars, virtual events, workshops, executive sessions.
- Drive program logistics from kickoff through wrap-up, including sequencing and tradeoffs.
- Build and maintain core program assets (briefs, project plans, agendas, speaker prep docs).
- Partner with Demand Gen, AI Transformation, Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Social, and Ops to align deliverables with goals.
- Manage production readiness: dry runs, platform setup, tech checks, day-of troubleshooting.
- Build dashboards and reporting for registrations, attendance, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in event marketing, program management, or related B2B role with ownership of a workstream.
- Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
- Experience running webinars, virtual events, or digital programs with data-driven improvements.
- Strong organizational skills to manage timelines and multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Clear written and verbal communication to align cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
- AI-savvy with curiosity about new tools; experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex is a plus.
