Collaborate with PD and Account Management teams
Develop deep expertise in CommonLit 360 tools
Remote role with no travel; flexible schedule

🎯 Requirements

5+ years as an ELA teacher, instructional coach, or school leader
1+ years facilitating engaging, outcomes-driven PD
Strong command of ELA instruction and adult learning
Receptiveness to feedback and coaching
Familiarity with CommonLit; 360 experience strongly preferred
Valid driver's license; US-based near a major airport
