Virtual Charge Nurse (In-person Role)

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day operations as a care team nurse leader.
• Deliver acute and subacute remote nursing care across sites.
• Coordinate care with originating sites and remote clinicians.
• Provide patient and family education; supervise and mentor nurses.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to translate evidence-based practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of current experience in acute or critical care.
• Active RN license; BLS, EKG, ACLS certifications.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Windows-based systems; knowledge of Epic, Cerner, Meditech.
• Associate degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to coordinate care across disciplines.
