🎯 Requirements
- BA/BS degree or similar university education
- 2-4 years in operations, data analysis, logistics, or customer support
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills, especially over Slack and email
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (macros, pivot tables, filters, lookups)
