Lead a team of engineers deploying, sustaining, and improving Virtru DSP in federal environments.
Serve as Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) and daily tech lead; coach engineers.
Provide reliability and timely support to federal customers.

🎯 Requirements

Hands-on deployments, Linux, containers, or Kubernetes in classified or constrained environments.
Proven ability to lead technical teams, coach peers, and coordinate multi-stakeholder work.
Advanced containerization and Kubernetes knowledge; OpenShift, Rancher, Helm.
Proficiency in DevSecOps with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, GitHub).
Able to collaborate and adapt to shifting priorities.
Must have Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; CI polygraph preferred.
