🎯 Requirements
- Proven relationship management or sales experience in fintech/crypto
- Successful upselling/cross-selling to high-value clients
- Strong commercial mindset; drive revenue via relationships
- High emotional intelligence and senior-client communication
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
- Familiar with real-time messaging tools (Telegram/WhatsApp)
